Job Description
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting various business functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks, customer service, and business operations while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Day-Day Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handling enquiries via email and telephone.
- Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Managing office supplies and ensuring the workplace remains organized.
- Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assisting different departments as needed to ensure smooth business operations.
- Learning and applying industry-specific knowledge to contribute to business efficiency.

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.
This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Business Administration L3 Apprenticeship Qualification.
