N5 Security are looking for new Business Administration Apprentices You will be studying toward your Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship qualification.

Job Description

Job Summary: The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing daily administrative tasks, supporting the recruitment process, handling office supplies, and providing assistance to the management team as needed. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Greet and assist visitors and staff, manage incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Advertise job openings, review applications, schedule and conduct initial phone screenings, and manage candidate documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, purchase as needed, and oversee the daily opening and closing of the office.
  • Assist the Managing Director and other directors with various office tasks, and manage and organize office files and correspondence
