Job Description
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Attend college/training sessions and complete assignments on time to enhance knowledge and skills, contributing to personal and professional development.
- Provide care for children under supervision, ensuring routines are followed, assessments and planning are completed, and feedback is provided to parents, all while utilizing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Development Matters frameworks.
- Adhere to the nursery's safeguarding policies, including the Prevent Duty, and stay informed about current legislation in relation to child protection and safeguarding.
- Follow all nursery policies and procedures, maintaining a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for all children.
- Collaborate with the team, including the SENCO and other Early Years practitioners, to meet the individual needs of children from diverse backgrounds and developmental stages.
