Job Description
You will be providing support to her in her home helping her with her day-to-day life and assist her in enjoying her favourite activities as well as exploring new ones.
- Support her with daily routines and household tasks as required.
- Encourage and assist her to take part in her chosen activities.
- Accompany her to the local farm three days a week, where she cares for animals, tends vegetable plots, and supports general farm activities.
- Join and encourage her in practicing Tai Chi sessions via YouTube.
- Accompany her to Costa Coffee to enjoy a warm hot chocolate and social interaction.
- Promote her independence and support her in developing new life skills.
- Provide encouragement to help her set and achieve personal and meaningful goals.
- Support her in maintaining a positive and fulfilling lifestyle.
- Ensure her safety, wellbeing, and dignity are always prioritised.
- Work in line with organisational policies, values, and safeguarding procedures.
