We’re #CelebratingSocialCare with Skills for Care this April

This month we’re joining Skills for Care in #CelebratingSocialCare. Find out more about why and how we’re getting involved.

The goal of the #CelebratingSocialCare initiative is to inspire everyone to acknowledge the dedication and expertise of individuals in the social care sector, and to recognise the essential role they play in our society. People who work in social care are highly skilled, passionate, and hard-working and we all must take time to recognise the work that social care workers do and the impact this has in supporting people who draw on care to live their lives how they choose.

That’s why at Paragon Skills, we’re joining in on #CelebratingSocialCare this month. At Paragon Skills, we are passionate about Care apprenticeships and the value that they bring to both the apprentice and the business. We are one of the largest care apprenticeship specialist providers in the UK, and we have over 20 years of experience in delivering award-winning training. From care workers to support workers to lead practitioners, at Paragon Skills we offer apprenticeship jobs for areas across the health sector and for any level of learning.

In April we’re #CelebratingSocialCare by sharing case study stories from our Health & Social Care learners, employers, and colleagues to celebrate the success of their accomplishments, progression, and work within the sector. As well as sharing information about our Health & Social Care apprenticeship programmes, and why you should consider a career in care.

We encourage everyone to get involved in #CelebratingSocialCare by sharing your support, good news stories and shoutouts for your colleagues on social media tagging @SkillsForCare and using #CelebratingSocialCare.
